PSNDeal Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PSNDeal ("PSNDeal," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of psndeal.com and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PSNDeal is an independent, unofficial price-tracking and deal-discovery service for PlayStation digital games. The Service aggregates publicly available pricing information from the PlayStation Store and presents it in a searchable, trackable format, including price history, wishlist functionality, and optional price-drop notifications.
PSNDeal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Sony Interactive Entertainment, PlayStation, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All PlayStation, PS4, PS5, and PlayStation Store trademarks, logos, and game titles referenced on the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and informational purposes.
The Service does not sell games and does not act as a retailer or intermediary in any purchase you make on the PlayStation Store. All purchases you make on the PlayStation Store are completed entirely on that platform, subject to its own terms.
PSNDeal separately offers an optional paid subscription, PSNDeal Premium, which unlocks WhatsApp price-drop alerts and an ad-free experience. Payments for PSNDeal Premium are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Subscription billing, cancellation, and refund terms for PSNDeal Premium are set out in our Refund Policy.
3. Pricing Information Disclaimer
Pricing, discount, and availability information displayed on the Service is collected through automated means at periodic intervals and is provided for informational purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to keep this information current and accurate, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price, discount, or availability information displayed on the Service. Prices on the PlayStation Store can change at any time, including due to regional pricing adjustments, promotional windows ending, or the retailer's own dynamic or personalized pricing practices, which are entirely outside of our control and visibility.
You should always verify the current price directly on the PlayStation Store before making any purchasing decision. We are not responsible or liable for any discrepancy between the price shown on the Service and the price actually charged by the PlayStation Store, nor for any purchase decision made in reliance on information displayed on the Service.
4. Eligibility
The Service is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you do not meet this requirement, you must not use the Service.
5. Accounts
Certain features of the Service, including wishlists, library tracking, and price-drop alerts, require you to create an account. You may register using an email address and password, or through a supported third-party authentication provider such as Google.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
- all activity that occurs under your account; and
- notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated, or for any other reason, with or without notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its underlying infrastructure, or any account other than your own;
- use any automated means, including bots, scrapers, or crawlers, to access, copy, or extract data from the Service, other than standard search engine indexing;
- interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or the servers or networks connected to it;
- impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; or
- use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, layout, original text, graphics, and underlying software, is owned by PSNDeal and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Game titles, cover art, and related media displayed on the Service remain the property of their respective publishers and rights holders and are used under fair use principles for identification and informational purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service or its content, other than for personal, non-commercial use, without our prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service contains links to third-party websites, including the PlayStation Store, that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You access any third-party website at your own risk and subject to that website's own terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION DISPLAYED ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING PRICING INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 3.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PSNDEAL AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY PURCHASE DECISION MADE IN RELIANCE ON PRICING INFORMATION DISPLAYED ON THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE EQUIVALENT IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PSNDeal and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, shall survive.
13. Changes to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. This does not deprive you of any consumer protection rights you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
