Three separate reveals this month, one for Essential on July 1, one for Extra and Premium two weeks later. Here's everything that actually landed, sorted by which tier you're paying for.

Available since July 7 and claimable through August 3, open to every subscriber regardless of tier. Claim these before the window closes and they're yours permanently, for as long as you keep any active PS Plus subscription.
Modern Warfare III isn't going to change anyone's mind about the campaign, but a full Call of Duty at no extra cost is still the headline here. For the King II is the one worth not sleeping on if you missed it at launch, a genuinely solid co-op tactics roguelike. And CrossCode is a proper hidden-gem 2D action RPG that's been quietly well-reviewed since it came out, this is the easiest way to actually try it.
Extra and Premium: the catalog additions
These went live July 21 for subscribers on the Extra or Premium tier. Unlike Essential, these only stay playable while you're subscribed, cancel and access ends.
Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is the actual headline of the month, a full-price open-world Ubisoft game landing in the catalog barely two years after launch. Rise of the Ronin is Team Ninja's open-world take on the Boshin War, worth the download on scale alone even if the combat doesn't quite match their Nioh games. The other two round out the family and co-op end of things.
Premium subscribers also get two classics this round, Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy and Indigo Prophecy, both genuine cult picks from the PS2/original Xbox era rather than filler.
One thing to check before you get too excited
Twelve titles are leaving the Extra and Premium catalog on the same July 21 date, Risk of Rain 2, Tropico 6, and Cursed to Golf among them. If any of those are mid-playthrough for you, that's the deadline, not this month's additions. Worth a look at what else is winding down this month while you're checking.
